- By Train
- Take the JR Rapid Airport train from New Chitose Airport Station to Sapporo Station (approximately 36–43 minutes). From Sapporo Station, transfer to the Subway Namboku Line and travel to Susukino Station (about 3 minutes). The property is approximately a 10-minute walk from Susukino Station.
The total travel time is approximately 60 minutes. The JR Rapid Airport train operates approximately every 10 minutes during the daytime. - By Airport Limousine Bus
- Airport Limousine Buses are available from New Chitose Airport to downtown Sapporo and the Susukino area.
The journey typically takes 70–90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. After getting off near Susukino, the property is within walking distance or a short taxi ride.
- Access from JR Sapporo Station
- Take the Subway Namboku Line from Sapporo Station to Susukino Station (approximately 3 minutes). From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the property.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following guidelines.
Please note that if filming or recording takes place without prior permission, we may ask you to stop filming and remove any recorded content.
1. Guidelines for Photography & Filming
If you plan to use the property for photography, video recording, live streaming, or content creation, please obtain approval in advance.
The property may not be used for any content that violates public order or morals, including but not limited to adult content, violent content, or discriminatory content.
If we determine that any photography or video content seriously damages the image or reputation of the property, we reserve the right to request the removal of the content and, where appropriate, seek compensation for any damages.
For further details, please contact us in advance to confirm whether your planned filming or photography can be approved.
2. How to Apply for Filming Permission
When making your reservation, please provide the following information in the Special Requests section, through the Contact Form on our website, or by contacting us directly.
